A career spent inside the problem.
Before founding Signetra, Vemugantii worked inside complex programmes — the environments where hundreds of local decisions made sense individually and collectively created risk, and where programmes appeared healthy right until they did not.
The outcome had formed gradually, through interactions and local decisions that no single system connected. The earliest signals were often already present. Not hidden. Present. Nothing was responsible for joining them.
That experience, not a roadmap, is the foundation of the company. He spent his career inside that problem before he started building the answer to it.

I spent my career inside that problem before I started building the answer to it. That is the only credential that matters here.
