Green on paper.
Late in the room.
Know before it happens.

DeliverXL is execution intelligence for engineering programmes. It reads the schedules, supplier plans and registers a programme already runs on and computes the one position they imply, so every role sees what to do before the window closes.

A new species of programme control.

Trackers ask people to report. Dashboards filter what was reported. Both are optimistic by construction, and the slip shows up at the gateway review. DeliverXL computes the programme position from the evidence that already exists, so the position cannot be typed in, and cannot be flattered.

THE PLATFORM

Four things no tracker
or reporting layer can tell you.

Each is computed on every run from the same graph. None is a field anyone fills in.

STEP 01 — BINDING CHAIN

Which chain actually controls the gate, and whether you can still recover.

DeliverXL computes the float on the gateway and the exact chain of actions that consumes it. Recovery is traced along that chain and stops the moment it reaches work that does not yet exist, so the answer is honest.

  • Programme position and float, recomputed every run
  • The controlling chain shown action by action, with its owner
  • A recoverability answer, not a recovery plan on a slide

STEP 02 — HIDDEN CHAINS

The path that is quietly eating your buffer.

Behind every critical path sit others that are not controlling the gate yet. DeliverXL tracks how much protection each one has consumed and names the point at which it takes over, while there is still time to act.

  • Non-controlling paths ranked by buffer consumed
  • Crossover to the controlling chain computed, not guessed
  • Owner named for the action that would take control

STEP 03 — STRUCTURAL ABSENCE

The work that was never created.

Most slips are not late tasks. They are tasks nobody raised. DeliverXL compares what each gateway requires with what the programme has actually put in place and surfaces the gap as what is required, for which outcome, by whom, useful by when, and what it does to the gate.

  • Required evidence versus evidence that exists, per gateway
  • Every gap kept as its own item, traceable to its source
  • Rendered as an action, never as a red cell

STEP 04 — SUPPLIER TIMING

Supplier slips that move the programme, not a separate tracker.

Supplier plans sit in the same graph as programme actions. When a supplier forecast moves, the programme float moves with it, or a hidden chain loses buffer. There is no disconnected supplier number to argue over in the review.

  • Supplier deliverables bound to the programme actions they feed
  • Forecast variance expressed as programme consequence
  • Ring-fenced supplier boards on the same graph

UNDER THE HOOD

Every source.
Every altitude.
One graph.

Connecting tools is easy. Agreeing what they mean is the hard part. DeliverXL admits the files and systems a programme already runs on, changes nothing in them, and projects one computed position to each level of the organisation, from the action owner to the executive and out to each supplier, each re-derived for the authority that level holds.

SIGNALS, NOT STATUS

Nothing is typed in.
So nothing can be optimistic.

01 / 03

Not a work tracker

Nobody reports a status to DeliverXL. Position is computed from the evidence a programme already produces.

02 / 03

Not a reporting layer

Boards are not filtered charts over a warehouse. Each level sees its own scope, computed from the same graph.

03 / 03

Execution intelligence

A signal is a material change between runs: float moved, a hidden chain appeared, a supplier forecast deteriorated. That is what reaches you.

What does DeliverXL connect to?

The files and systems a programme already runs on: schedule tools such as Microsoft Project and Primavera, supplier timing plans, issue and risk registers, requirement and test plans, PLM and quality systems, and the Excel and meeting minutes in between. Nothing is re-keyed.

Does it replace our existing tools?

No. DeliverXL reads from your systems and changes nothing in them. It sits above the tools you have and computes the position they imply together.

How long does it take to see a position?

A first computed position is typically available within days of admitting the programme's existing files. Every run after that is automatic.

Who is it for?

Programme directors, PMOs, functional and cross-functional managers, action owners and suppliers on complex engineering programmes, each on a board scoped to their authority.

Is our data secure?

Each customer runs in its own isolated tenant. Supplier boards are ring-fenced to that supplier's own commitments. Access is role-scoped and audited.

Give us a programme that is green on paper
and late in the room.

We admit the files it already runs on and return the computed position, the hidden chains and the work that was never created, with a walkthrough of what each role would do next.
